PyrusMalus offer a range of Support Packages for your Macintosh-based systems and networks, which can be tailored to the level of support you require. Our Support Packages work on a per-incident basis — every time you have a technical query or problem we'll treat it as an incident, and provide a solution. By being based on a per-incident basis, rather than being charged on a per-hour basis, you avoid the uncertainty of not knowing how much it'll cost to get your problems solved: sometimes a seemingly trivial problem can take hours to fix!
Getting Started
To get started with a PyrusMalus Support Package, we would first consult with you to determine the level of support you require, and the hardware and software that you use.
Support Packages are available from £250 for 10 incidents per year, each one is individually tailored to your requirements.
Support Packages cover the popular Mac OS applications, on Mac OS 8, Mac OS 9, Mac OS X, and Mac OS X Server. Support Packages don't cover hardware repairs, although we can assist in diagnosing if a problem is hardware related.
